One of our projects for a medical business: we developed and implemented a CRM system specifically for the Lux-Medicus.fi chain of medical centres, which automated and optimised the company’s processes.
History of the project
Project Objective
Development and implementation of a CRM system for the Lux-Medicus.fi network of medical centres in order to automate processes.
What did we do?
We have developed and implemented a CRM system for the Lux-Medicus.fi network of medical centres to optimise and automate processes such as appointment, consultation, doctor’s schedule management, as well as financial management and data analysis.
Appointment booking and consultation management:
1) Patient Appointments: The CRM system makes it easy for patients to make appointments. The system displays available appointment times and captures patient information immediately.
2) Automatic reminders: Patients receive automatic notifications and reminders of upcoming appointments via SMS or email.
3) Consultation History: All information about previous visits, diagnoses, tests and treatments are stored in the patient’s personal record.
Doctor’s schedule management:
1) Flexible scheduling: Doctors can update their schedule independently and clinic administrators have access to a shared calendar, avoiding scheduling conflicts.
2) Automatic synchronisation: The CRM system synchronises the schedule with the online patient record, minimising the risk of overloading doctors and improving their workload.
QR codes for analyses:
1) QR Code Generation: The system generates unique QR codes for each patient and their labs. Patients can access their test results by scanning the QR code, making it easier to obtain information.
2) Supports secure data sharing: All patient data and test results are stored in a secure database and can only be accessed by authorised users.
Financial Management:
1) Accounting and Payment Management: The system manages all financial transactions related to admissions, analyses and procedures. It tracks payment for services, invoices and generates financial reports.
2) Supports secure data sharing: CRM provides administrators and managers with detailed reports on the clinic’s revenue and expenses to improve financial planning and forecasting.
Analytics and reporting:
1) Patient data collection and analysis: The system collects data on visits, patient preferences and provides analytics for a personalised approach to each patient.
2) Supports secure data sharing:CRM monitors the efficiency of doctors’ work, analyses the number of conducted appointments, and helps in workload planning.
What competitive advantages have Lux-Medicus.fi gained with the developed CRM?
1) Faster processes: CRM implementation automates appointment, schedule management and payment processes, which significantly reduces waiting times for patients and simplifies the work of staff.
2) Improved quality of care: CRM helps provide patients with a more personalised service, including quick notifications, reminders and access to test results.
3) Physician optimisation: Flexible planning and management of physicians’ schedules helps to avoid overload and increase their efficiency.
4) Transparency and financial control: Detailed financial reporting and integration with payment systems allow for better control of clinic revenues and expenses.
5) Patient convenience: The introduction of QR codes for tests and online appointment booking improves the patient experience by simplifying access to healthcare services
This CRM project will help Lux-Medicus.fi to effectively manage all processes in the clinic, increasing its profitability and quality of patient care.
